Insight Psychology Group is a growing progressive psychology practice based in Smithfield, NSW. We are solution-focused, holistic and primarily identify with cognitive-behavioural therapy models and practice. We adhere to the most ethical and professional code of conduct upholding our position and reputation in the community as Clinical Psychologists.

Insight Psychology Group’s Clinical Psychologists provide confidential counselling and psychotherapy whereby you examine your current difficulties and patterns of cognitive behaviour as well as heal the painful experiences that are affecting your life now.

OUR GOALS

Insight Psychology Group aims to focus not only on the needs of the mental health client, but also on the need of the referring agent. We are striving to enhance relationships of all parties which allows for significantly more support and communication. As such, we seek to develop various options for each individual:

Some of these are:

• Provision of external psychology services (consultations provided at Insight Psychology Group offices)
• Provision of internal psychology services (Psychologist provided to referring agent)
• Provision of virtual psychology services (consultations provided over the internet, www)

BENEFITS

Insight Psychology Group aims to provide solutions to issues faced by both the mental health client and referring agent in the following ways:

• Provision of face to face counselling external to the referring agent 6 days per week with late appointments
• Provision of face to face counselling on location, allowing increased rapport with the internal referring agent and development of long-term relationships with clients
• Provision of counselling services 24 hours per day, 7 days per week; offered to all clientele
• All administration conducted by Insight Psychology Group staff (including Medicare bulk-billing, reception and appointments)
• Mutual referral benefits (for referring agents)
